Pretty fabric but odd fit

The fabric feels expensive!! It’s smooth and not too thin. But the bust area just looks so bulky and I wish there was more shape to the bottom half of the dress.

I really wanted to love this dress. However, it was loose on the top and too tight around my hips/butt. I loved the color and fabric, and wish that it had fit better but I had to return it.
